Shameless Self-Promotion Thursday

I chatted with a really talented guy the other day who got me re-energized on getting my children's illustration career started up. After talking to him, I pulled out all of my old sketches and half-finished drawings in order to rebuild the old portfolio. I'm even working with my seven-year-old daughter on writing our own children's book together. The preliminary sketch of the cover is shown above. As you may or may not be able to decipher, my comic strip alter-ego is actually writing the book, I'm just helping out. Mild schizophrenia can be fun.
